I was asked to return to TC to photograph a ceremony in June that was halted by COVID-19 for two years - their Staff Recognition Ceremony. It was a 2-day celebration of faculty and staff who have been at the college for anywhere from 10 to 55+ years. I photographed this event on my own and was glad to be called in for this project. In addition to weddings, one other type of photography I’ve been doing more of lately is family photography. The Carmany’s reached out to me for a family portrait session at their home for this year’s Christmas cards. All included, we had 6 kids ranging in ages from small children to adults, and we took photos both indoors and outdoors. The day was a bit overcast and it actually rained at one point, but thankfully we were able to capture some genuine moments that made for great photos.
