Family Portraits - The Carmany's /
In addition to weddings, one other type of photography I’ve been doing more of lately is family photography. The Carmany’s reached out to me for a family portrait session at their home for this year’s Christmas cards. All included, we had 6 kids ranging in ages from small children to adults, and we took photos both indoors and outdoors. The day was a bit overcast and it actually rained at one point, but thankfully we were able to capture some genuine moments that made for great photos.

Several months ago, MJ reached out to me after seeing some of my Disney-themed portrait work on Instagram. She runs a nutrition and lifestyle blog called Southern Meets Urban and in September, she was going to be traveling to Orlando and wanted some family photos around the parks with her daughters to document their trip. After finalizing the details on dates/times/locations, I was really excited and looking forward to capturing some special moments for them.

My family and I are Orlando locals and we often go to Disney, but this past Monday, July 16, the family decided to do something a little different. As we were driving to EPCOT, we decided to take a detour to The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort before going to the theme parks.
