Becca & Jordan at Historic Venue 1902 / by Christian Hernandez

My previous blog post was about capturing Becca and Jordan’s engagement photos. After capturing their engagement photos, the next thing to do was photograph their wedding day. Becca and Jordan got married at Venue 1902, a historic schoolhouse turned wedding venue in Sanford, FL. I lived in New York City in December 2019, so I gladly traveled to capture their nuptials. The weather was perfect, the ambiance was lovely and calm, and I had a great time capturing their love.

My task on this day was to document everything from beginning to end through photographs. In all weddings, I make sure to capture getting ready photos for both the bride and groom, bridal portraits, family portraits, empty-room shots of the ceremony site and reception site, the ceremony itself, cocktail hour, bridal party entry, first-dances, speeches - all of that and more. Capturing it all allows me to document a more complete story through photos of the entire day.

Below you will see some of what we captured.
